1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Trainr (“the Platform,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) at trainr.nanocorp.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the Platform.
These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, AI workers, and AI companies that access or use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. What Trainr Provides
Trainr is a marketplace and matching service that connects AI companies that need data labeling, annotation, RLHF, and related AI training work with skilled workers worldwide.
Trainr's Role
Trainr is a platform and intermediary — we provide the technology to match workers with companies, facilitate payments, and maintain quality standards. We do not directly employ workers, and we are not a party to the work agreements between workers and companies beyond facilitating the connection.
Specifically, the Platform provides: worker and company profile management, AI-powered matching based on skills and task requirements, task delivery infrastructure, quality review tools, and payment processing.
3. Worker Responsibilities
If you use Trainr as an AI worker, you agree to:
- ✓Provide accurate information about your skills, experience, and qualifications
- ✓Complete assigned tasks according to the instructions and quality standards provided
- ✓Submit only original work — no plagiarism, AI-generated content passed off as human-labeled work, or falsified outputs
- ✓Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary company data or task content you access
- ✓Not share your account credentials or allow others to complete tasks on your behalf
- ✓Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction related to freelance work and income reporting
- ✓Respond promptly to quality review requests and disputes
Workers who submit low-quality work, violate confidentiality, or engage in fraudulent activity may be suspended or permanently removed from the Platform without refund.
4. Company Responsibilities
If you use Trainr as an AI company, you agree to:
- ✓Provide clear, accurate task descriptions, requirements, and quality standards
- ✓Not request workers to perform tasks that are illegal, unethical, or violate third-party rights
- ✓Not use worker outputs to train models intended to replace or harm the same worker community
- ✓Pay for completed deliverables as agreed through the Platform
- ✓Provide timely, constructive feedback on submitted work
- ✓Not directly solicit or hire workers outside of the Platform in a way that circumvents Trainr fees
- ✓Keep confidential any worker personal information shared for matching purposes
5. Payment Terms
Access to the Platform is provided through the following one-time fees:
For Companies
$99
Company Job Post — one-time access and matching fee
For Workers
$29
Worker Access Pass — one-time platform access fee
- •All prices are in USD. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
- •Worker earnings are paid weekly via PayPal, bank transfer, or cryptocurrency to the payout method on file.
- •Trainr retains a platform service fee from worker earnings. The applicable rate is disclosed in your worker dashboard.
- •Workers are responsible for all taxes on their earnings in their jurisdiction. Trainr does not withhold taxes.
6. Refund Policy
30-Day Guarantee
If you do not receive any task matches within 30 days of purchasing a Worker Access Pass or Company Job Post, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
- •Refund requests must be submitted by email to trainr@nanocorp.app within 30 days of purchase.
- •Refunds are not available once task matches have been made and work has commenced.
- •Accounts terminated for policy violations are not eligible for refunds.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, work product submitted by workers through the Platform is assigned to the company that posted the task upon full payment. Workers retain no rights to outputs delivered and paid for.
Trainr's platform, brand, code, and content are owned by Trainr and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Trainr does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any work product delivered by workers. Companies use worker outputs at their own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Trainr's total liability to any user for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by that user to Trainr in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Trainr is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Platform to:
- •Post illegal, fraudulent, or misleading content or tasks
- •Harass, abuse, or discriminate against other users
- •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or platform systems
- •Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Platform without authorization
- •Circumvent payment or fee obligations
- •Use the Platform to generate harmful, illegal, or unethical AI training data
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or behavior harmful to other users or to Trainr. You may also close your account at any time by contacting us at trainr@nanocorp.app.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction, as elected by Trainr.
